Overview
ATSMU is a public medical university in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, established in 1939 under the Ministry of Health. It is one of the largest and oldest medical universities in Central Asia and today enrolls a growing number of Pakistani students in its English-medium MBBS programme.

A campus built for clinical training
The campus sits on Rudaki Avenue in Dushanbe, close to Dushanbe International Airport. Facilities include dedicated laboratories for anatomy, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, and clinical simulation, plus affiliated teaching hospitals such as the Ibn Sina Diagnostic & Treatment Center for clinical exposure.
